3. Website Design & Development Services
3.1 We outline project scope, pricing, deliverables, and estimated timelines in a written proposal, quotation, or service agreement before work begins.
3.2 If a client requests work outside the approved scope, we may treat those requests as additional services and charge separate fees accordingly.
3.3 We include reasonable revisions as specified in the project agreement. However, revisions that exceed the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
3.4 A client accepts the project when we launch the website, deliver the completed work, or receive formal approval from the client, whichever occurs first.
3.5 After project acceptance, we may charge our standard hourly rates for additional updates, modifications, or enhancement requests.
4. Domain Registration
4.1 When Affordable Web Solution registers a domain name on behalf of a client, we may enable automatic renewal unless the client requests otherwise.
4.2 However, clients who manage their own domains assume full responsibility for domain registration, renewals, DNS configuration, account security, and billing information.
4.3 Accordingly, Affordable Web Solution cannot accept liability for domain expiration, suspension, transfer issues, payment failures, registrar actions, or service interruptions beyond our control.
5. Website Hosting
5.1 We provide hosting services according to the selected hosting package and service agreement.
5.2 Depending on the chosen plan, we bill hosting fees monthly, annually, or according to another agreed billing cycle.
5.3 If payments become overdue, we may suspend or terminate hosting services until we receive payment.
5.4 Although we work hard to maintain reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability at all times.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Clients agree to pay all fees listed in proposals, invoices, quotations, or service agreements.
6.2 In many cases, we require an upfront deposit before starting project work.
6.3 Thereafter, clients must pay the remaining balance according to the agreed payment schedule.
6.4 Unless we state otherwise in writing, all payments remain non-refundable.
6.5 Furthermore, overdue payments may result in additional fees, project delays, restricted access, or service suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Clients retain ownership of all content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided to Affordable Web Solution.
7.2 Upon full payment of project fees, ownership of the completed website design and custom-developed content transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 Affordable Web Solution reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Affordable Web Solution provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
8.2 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.
8.3 Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.
9.2 Any outstanding invoices become immediately due upon termination.
9.3 Upon termination, hosting, maintenance, and related services may be suspended or discontinued.
